Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Governing Law: These terms governed by laws of Mexico (specifically Veracruz state), without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction: Disputes resolved in courts of Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico. You consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Arbitration: For wholesale disputes over $10,000 USD, arbitration required before litigation (ICC Rules, Mexico City venue).
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution First: Before formal action, contact us at legal@zeamaysfoods.com. We'll attempt good-faith resolution within 30 days.
Small Claims: You may pursue claims in small claims court if they qualify.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as class actions or consolidated proceedings.
Modification of Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes effective immediately upon posting, with "Last Updated" date revised.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Severability
