Delivery Issues
Damaged in Transit: Contact quality@zeamaysfoods.com immediately with photos. We'll reship at no cost.
Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivery but you didn't receive your order, contact us within 48 hours. We'll investigate with carrier and resolve.
Incorrect Address: We ship to the address you provide. Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of order placement. After shipment, we cannot redirect packages.

During high-demand periods (November-December), processing may extend to 72 hours. We'll notify you if delays occur.
